Keep Fit 45+

 Fun and dynamic aerobic class, focused on strengthening muscles, posture, balance and functional moves. All people 45+ are welcome as alternatives are carefully provided. Socialise with refreshments afterwards.

KOM – Keep On Moving

An aerobic class aimed at improving fitness and energy levels. It works on strengthening muscles, core/abs, and balance. Floor work included in the 10am class not in 11.15am so to give an opportunity to everybody to workout at their preferability without limitations.
Socialise with refreshments after 10am class.

This class is for those ones who prefer to work between seating and standing. It is aimed to strengthen muscles, mobility and balance.
